Hexagon CyberLaw, LLC (the “Firm”) is providing this Privacy Notice to explain its policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and security of information received via www.hexagoncyberlaw.com (“the Site”), including information submitted to the Firm by you, and information that is automatically disclosed to the Firm or collected by the Firm during your visit. Information You Provide to The Firm
The Firm collects information that you voluntarily submit to the Firm, such as your name, email address, and contact information, when you sign up to receive the Firm’s blog, submit a comment in response to a blog posting, email the Firm to ask questions, or submit an employment application.
The Firm uses this information to respond to your requests, provide you with legal services if you are or become a client of the Firm, monitor and analyze the Firm’s business operations and Site usage, and for the Firm’s educational, networking, marketing, social, recruiting, and other business purposes.

The Firm uses that information for a variety of purposes, including educational, analytics, networking, marketing, social, recruiting, and other business purposes.
The Firm also uses third-party web analytics services on the Site, such as those provided by Google Analytics and others. These service providers use electronic tools to help us analyze how our users use the Site and may collect information from you (including your IP Address) that can be used to track users over time, for geo-location purposes, and across third party websites. This Privacy Notice places no restriction on the use of information the Firm automatically collects from your visit, or de-identified or aggregated information that the Firm may create from information that you submit.
The Firm maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information that you submit to the Firm. However, no system is completely secure or error-free. The Firm does not, and cannot, guarantee the complete security of your information.
The Firm provides individuals with the ability to opt-out of receiving marketing and other communications from the Firm, and to update, supplement or delete the information the Firm has about them by contacting the Firm using the methods provided below.
How we respond to Do Not Track Signals
We do not currently respond to “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that might enable users to opt out of tracking on our site.
This Site is intended for users over the age of 18. If the Firm becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided the Firm with personal information, the Firm will take steps to remove such information.
